This is a beta-stage placeholder. These terms describe how the Amok beta works in plain language. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be reviewed legally before any public launch.

By using Amok you agree to use it for personal, educational language practice. Amok is currently in closed beta, so features may change, break, or disappear, and data may be reset between beta builds.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

• Don't abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't use Amok for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Don't attempt to extract, resell, or redistribute the curriculum or app content.

Some feedback, corrections, and conversations are generated automatically or by AI models. This feedback may be imperfect or incorrect. It is provided for learning practice only and should not be relied on as professional translation or certification.

Amok is an educational practice tool. We make no guarantee that using Amok will make you fluent, pass any exam, or reach any specific level.

Amok may offer a Premium subscription. During the beta, billing is a placeholder and no real payments are processed. Pricing, terms, and refund policy will be finalised before public launch.

Amok is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta. This is a placeholder and will be replaced with reviewed legal language.

You can delete your account and local data at any time from Profile → Privacy & data. We may suspend or end beta access at our discretion.
